Requirements:
  • 8+ years of quota carrying SaaS sales experience.
  • 3+ years selling into the Enterprise segment.
  • Track record of overachieving quota consistently.
  • Experience selling to central buying/IT teams and managing stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to close 6-figure ARR deals in a competitive environment.
  • Strong prospecting and account planning skills.
  • Experience with complex deals involving large organizations (5000+ FTEs).

Responsibilities:
  • Prospect, develop, manage sales pipeline and close customers onto the Airtable Platform.
  • Build relationships with senior executives and decision makers across all industries.
  • Prioritize the book of business and execute account plans for individual accounts.
  • Source expansion opportunities within existing accounts and share a compelling multi-use case story.
  • Own the full sales-cycle from lead to close.
  • Coordinate resources throughout the sales cycle, including legal and sales engineering.
  • Educate and consult customers on the value of Airtable.
  • Model various use cases for business transformation.
  • Efficiently manage a high volume of email communications.
  • Accurately forecast performance against sales targets.
