Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations. Experience managing business registration in the US and working with NetSuite and TriNet. Understanding of SaaS business models and startup experience preferred. Proficiency with accounting software and advanced Excel skills. Experience with financial reporting, month-end/year-end close processes, and regulatory reporting. Administrative skills proficiency and attention to detail.
