• Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions or service.
• Experience handling 1st and 3rd party, multi-line claims.
• Solid knowledge of policies and endorsements related to casualty coverages.
• Understanding of the claims handling process and state-specific claims licensing.

Responsibilities:

• Investigate origin and cause of claims by contacting insureds, claimants, agents, and other relevant parties.
• Handle 1st and 3rd party claims under multiple policy types, conducting on-site inspections as necessary.
• Negotiate claim settlements and respond to customer inquiries.
• Interpret and apply policy coverages, providing status updates and answering questions.
