Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in a Product or Experience Design role, preferably in SaaS commerce and monetization workflows.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating critical thinking and articulating involvement in each project.
• Utilizes a hypothesis- and data-driven approach in design.
• Hands-on experience with both qualitative and quantitative user research methods.
• Desire for continuous learning and personal growth.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver thoughtful, end-to-end design solutions including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Participate in and conduct user research to gather insights for design and product decisions.
• Refine and optimize designs based on user feedback, analytics, and business outcomes.
• Collaborate with Experience Design & Research, Product Management, Engineering, and other stakeholders.
• Actively contribute to design critiques by providing and receiving constructive feedback.
