Intermediate Product Designer

3–5 years of experience in a Product or Experience Design role, preferably in SaaS commerce and monetization workflows. Strong portfolio demonstrating critical thinking and articulating involvement in each project. Utilizes a hypothesis- and data-driven approach in design. Hands-on experience with both qualitative and quantitative user research methods. Desire for continuous learning and personal growth.

Deliver thoughtful, end-to-end design solutions including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Participate in and conduct user research to gather insights for design and product decisions. Refine and optimize designs based on user feedback, analytics, and business outcomes. Collaborate with Experience Design & Research, Product Management, Engineering, and other stakeholders. Actively contribute to design critiques by providing and receiving constructive feedback.
