3–5 years of experience in a Product or Experience Design role, preferably focused on SaaS commerce and monetization workflows.
Strong portfolio of design work that articulates the candidate's role and demonstrates critical thinking.
Utilizes a hypothesis- and data-driven approach to design, validating ideas and driving improvements.
Hands-on experience with both qualitative and quantitative user research methods.
Responsibilities:
Deliver thoughtful, end-to-end design solutions, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, while working within an established design system.
Participate in and conduct user research to gather insights that inform designs and guide product decisions.
Refine and optimize designs based on user feedback, analytics, and business outcomes to improve usability and performance.
Collaborate with Experience Design & Research, Product Management, Engineering, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive user experiences.
Contribute to design critiques by providing and receiving constructive feedback.
