Requirements:

• Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken; knowledge of Greek is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service, emergency response, or automotive services is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer care.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while effectively managing time and tasks.
• Proficient with computer systems and digital communication tools.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Respond quickly to emergency calls from Czech-speaking clients requiring roadside assistance or automotive support.
• Assess vehicle problems and provide effective solutions over the phone, including troubleshooting and coordinating additional services if needed.
• Maintain empathetic and clear communication, keeping customers informed throughout the assistance process.
• Document all service interactions and actions taken in accordance with company procedures.
• Collaborate with local service providers and emergency services to facilitate prompt and efficient assistance.
• Strive for high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering reliable and swift support.
• Stay informed about company policies, roadside assistance protocols, and local regulations to provide knowledgeable support.
