Requirements:

• Experience in industries such as food manufacturing, CPG, materials, automotive.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, operational efficiency, quality control, and safety standards.
• Hands-on experience with continuous improvement methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to learn about technical solutions, particularly vision AI.
• Demonstrated success in building relationships with manufacturing clients.
• Proven track record in business development and pipeline management.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as required.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth, onsite assessments with plant stakeholders to identify inefficiencies, quality issues, and safety concerns.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local manufacturing clients to align AI solutions with their needs.
• Collaborate with internal specialists to design tailored AI applications for clients.
• Identify areas for AI improvements in operational efficiency and workplace safety.
• Analyze and present potential financial and operational benefits of AI implementation.
• Support clients during the deployment and adoption of AI solutions.
• Apply continuous improvement methodologies to maximize AI impact.
• Provide onboarding and support for clients throughout the AI deployment process.
• Stay updated on AI and manufacturing technologies and share insights with clients.
