- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated experience in software testing or requirements analysis, especially in web application software.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in Software Testing and/or related roles.
- Solid experience with software development and test life cycle methodologies, particularly SCRUM or Kanban.
- Good understanding of web technologies: HTML, XML, and JavaScript.
- Strong team player who can work well with others.
- Critical thinker with a solutions-oriented and user-centric approach.
- Organized and process-oriented to support team success.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new technologies and tools.
- Knowledge and experience in the Product Compliance industry is an asset; basic SQL and programming/scripting knowledge is also beneficial.
- Leverage understanding of product quality and testing to enhance business processes.
- Collaborate with Product Management to understand business requirements.
- Work with Product Owners to define acceptance criteria and document requirements.
- Conduct manual testing to identify usability issues.
- Review test results with stakeholders to confirm release readiness.
- Collaborate with Product Designers and Development to cover critical user journeys with automated tests.
- Organize demos for stakeholders to demonstrate the business value of new capabilities.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and identify process gaps.
- Investigate defects to prevent future issues and conduct root cause analysis.
