Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Education, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in roles focused on interviewing and screening.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in sales or candidate engagement roles is a plus.
Demonstrated experience in assessing talent.
Comfortable with recruitment and communication tools; experience with Zoom, LinkedIn, and Hubspot is ideal.
Excellent time management and self-motivation.

Responsibilities:

Conduct interviews and assessments of candidates sourced by the recruiting team.
Evaluate both their teaching potential and alignment with ELVTR's mission.
Communicate the ELVTR story, emphasizing our values and the impact of joining our team of instructors.
Make recommendations for candidates with the expertise, passion, and communication skills to inspire students.
Transition successful candidates to course producers for course development.
