Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in software quality assurance.
• At least 3 years as a QA lead or similar role in a SaaS environment.
• Hands-on experience in manual and automated testing.
• Good knowledge of test case management tools like XRay and TestRail.
• Familiarity with automation tools like Playwright, Selenium, Appium, etc.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools and processes.
• Proficiency in QA methodologies and best practices.
• Relevant QA certification required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities:

• Define, establish and document manual and automated QA processes and policies.
• Research, define and implement test strategies suitable for a fast-paced SaaS environment.
• Oversee detailed test plan creation and execution, mentor QA teams, and ensure testing cycles are timely.
• Integrate QA processes with CI/CD, manage automated testing efforts and performance testing, and act as primary QA liaison.
• Continuously analyze metrics for process improvement and drive innovations in QA.
