Requirements:
  • 1-3 years experience in technical sales, with a preference for knowledge in fleet management and telematics.
  • Channel sales experience or knowledge is preferred.
  • Awareness of marketing principles and alignment of outreach efforts with campaigns.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of delivering presentations.
  • Ability to develop client relationships and translate technical solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Technical competence with software programs like Google Suite and CRM tools.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop a deep knowledge of all Geotab solutions to support technical needs of partners and customers.
  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and trade shows.
  • Engage prospective customers and demonstrate Geotab's capabilities.
  • Identify prospect needs and effectively communicate solutions to coordinate appointments for BDMs.
  • Maintain accurate information in Geotab’s CRM (Salesforce).
  • Work collaboratively with the Sales Manager and BDMs to meet sales goals.
