Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of practical experience as a Salesforce Engineer or in a similar role.
• Demonstrate a strong enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new technologies, tools, and methodologies.
• Experience with Azure software implementations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate the implementation of new technology.
• Carry out testing and documentation on any system being implemented.
• Liaise with software vendors, partners & independent service providers.
• Deliver expert technical support and training to the IT team.
• Empower users by guiding them through both new and existing IT systems.
• Conduct regular inspections of existing systems and suggest improvement plans.
• Ensure team meets any regulatory requirements related to network security and data privacy.
• Work closely with other development team members to understand complex product requirements.
• Resolve technical issues as necessary.
