Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX designer with a strong portfolio showcasing work on complex web applications and diverse digital products.
• Proficient in Figma with ability to create detailed designs and interactive prototypes.
• Skilled in at least one additional graphic design program (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Exceptional eye for visual composition, color, typography, and attention to detail.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and adapting to collaborative workflows.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and how design choices impact development is a plus.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum development processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Create intuitive and engaging user interfaces for complex web applications and data-rich reports.
• Develop high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and interactive mockups using Figma.
• Establish and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI patterns for consistency across products.
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into user-centric designs.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to inform design decisions.
• Keep up-to-date with latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a culture of learning.
• Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders, articulating design rationale.
