Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a role involving talent acquisition or recruitment, either agency or in-house.
  • A dedicated work ethic, proactive attitude, and commitment to a goal-oriented environment.
  • Desire to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial organization.
  • Experience recruiting for a tech startup/scale-up across multiple departments (Engineering, Product, Sales, Customer Success).
  • Hands-on experience with an HRIS (People Force).
  • Familiarity with ATS software and resume databases (Workable).
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws or a willingness to learn.
  • Excellent organizational and strong communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
  • Actively participate in company-wide recruitment including requirements gathering, sourcing, screening, and interviewing applicants.
  • Conduct initial orientation for newly hired employees.
  • Assist with the day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR Manager.
  • Compile and update employee records on Google Drive & People Force.
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities.
  • Coordinate HR projects (events, meetings, training, surveys etc.) and take minutes.
  • Handle employee requests regarding HR issues, rules, and regulations.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data.
  • Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures.
  • Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and organizing team-building activities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
