Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in temporary housing supply chain, corporate housing, or serviced apartments.
• Self-motivated and hardworking, with a desire for fast personal and career growth.
• Ability to learn quickly and solve problems.
• Frequent travel required across North America and LATAM.

Responsibilities:

• Own the regional hospitality growth strategy and implementation in line with revenue goals.
• Handle onboarding of hospitality operators including quality checks, contract negotiation, and training.
• Strategically grow and prioritize live inventories in alignment with integration pipeline.
• Contribute to product development for hospitality operators based on regional practices.
• Lead community building of hospitality and supply tech partners including training and events.
• Work closely with Customer Success and Global Hospitality Growth teams, reporting to leadership.
• Develop augmented content across the supply chain, collaborate on RFPs, and seek unique partnerships.
• Frequent travel required to meet hospitality partners and represent the company at conferences.
