Resource Management Lead

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of experience in resource management, including 3 years in a leadership role within the localization and gaming industry.
• Proven expertise in managing resources for text translation, audio production, and desktop publishing.
• Proficiency in CAT tools (e.g., Trados, memoQ), audio production software, and DTP tools (e.g., Adobe InDesign, Illustrator).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Analytical mindset for assessing resource performance.
• Bachelor's degree in Translation, Localization, Project Management, or related field.
• Fluency in English; additional languages relevant to gaming markets are a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the resource management team for gaming localization projects.
• Forecast resource requirements and maintain a database of qualified resources.
• Develop resource allocation strategies for text, audio, and DTP tasks.
• Monitor resource utilization and improve productivity.
• Build relationships with vendors and evaluate their performance.
• Collaborate with managers to understand project needs.
• Ensure resource availability for complex projects and provide insights.
• Maintain high standards for production deliverables.
• Organize training programs for resources.
• Monitor and report on resource budgets.
