Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire instructor lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding—ensuring smooth transitions and high engagement.
  • Develop and refine the onboarding process for new instructors, ensuring they have the tools, resources, and information needed to succeed.
  • Monitor mentor activity, engagement, and outcomes through defined metrics, identifying trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and gather feedback from instructors to maintain high morale, resolve issues, and foster a collaborative environment.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the instructor experience and drive efficiencies in the engagement workflow.
  • Work closely with leadership and course managers to align the instructor experience with business goals and learner outcomes.
  • Cultivate a thriving mentor community, fostering knowledge-sharing, best practices, and continuous development within the group.
  • Provide strategic insights to leadership based on instructor feedback, engagement trends, and industry best practices.
