Requirements:

• Experience as a Product Manager in SaaS or ecommerce-related products.
• Strong collaboration ability across cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset with data-informed decision-making experience.
• Customer-centric approach with user research experience.
• Excellent communication skills for aligning stakeholders.
• Hands-on approach comfortable with strategic and tactical execution.
• Fluent in English, preferable Spanish.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the expansion of Pick and Pack into new regions by gathering and prioritizing requirements.
• Define Pick and Pack vision and product roadmap ensuring alignment with customer needs.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver new features focusing on usability.
• Identify opportunities for integration with third-party solutions.
• Conduct product discovery to optimize picking and packing processes using AI.
• Lead customer interviews to understand needs for product roadmap.
• Monitor and optimize key performance indicators related to product.
• Manage roadmap planning balancing short-term and long-term goals.
• Ensure alignment with regional market needs for VTEX's global expansion.
