Requirements:
  • An Associate’s and/or Bachelor's Degree with experience working in Business.
  • Experience and aptitude with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide office administration to a team of engineers, architects, and consultants.
  • General Microsoft Office support.
  • Respond to and direct incoming inquiries.
  • Maintain and manage office accounts receivable and contract compliance database.
  • Ensure office supplies are on hand.
  • Coordinate with other Walker offices.
  • Provide support to office staff for limited project administration.
  • Assist in planning local office events and meetings.
  • Assist corporate Human Resources with office and new hire administrative tasks.
  • Assist corporate Accounting with office administrative tasks.
  • Perform various tasks as required to keep a professional office running smoothly.
