Responsibilities:

• Actively participate in customer calls to support smooth implementation of Healthie’s platform.
• Guide customers through best practices for API configuration for optimal integration.
• Work directly with clients to understand unique needs and tailor custom solutions.
• Develop and maintain seamless integrations between Healthie and third-party partners.
• Collaborate closely with the Product team to share feedback from customer interactions.
