Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Public Policy, Management, or related discipline.
• At least 4-6 years of directly related experience.
• Knowledge or strong interest in energy and water security concepts and policy issues.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, project management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in both virtual and in-person environments.

Responsibilities:

• Support federal conservation initiatives such as metering, benchmarking, auditing, and commissioning.
• Promote Marine Corps energy and water security objectives and provide insights based on research.
• Collect, manage, and analyze energy and water data to track progress and support decision-making.
• Review and recommend updates to MCICOM policies related to energy and water issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to scale successful conservation initiatives.
• Prepare reports, briefings, and presentations to support program initiatives.
