Requirements:
  • Comprehensive experience as Customer Success Manager, Key Account Manager, or Business Development Manager.
  • Excellent communication skills to quickly build trustworthy relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Hands-on and independent work approach with strong organizational talent.
  • Fluent in German and English.
Responsibilities:
  • Be part of a passionate Customer Success Management team responsible for maintaining and expanding the customer portfolio.
  • Act as a central point of contact for medium to large enterprises across various industries in Europe.
  • Familiarize clients with the software and ensure they understand its value.
  • Advise customers on optimal SHERPANY usage, continuously assess their needs, and enhance customer relationships through up-selling.
  • Document the Customer Journey in the internal CRM and support the team in improving the product through regular communication with colleagues in Product, Sales, and Marketing.
