Requirements:

• Education level: Bachelor’s Degree Required; Preferred: Master’s Degree.
• Work experience: 5-8 years in pharmacy operations.
• Important characteristics: Detail-oriented, consultative skills, excellent communication and organization skills.
• Specific skills: Client management skills, pharmacy benefit knowledge, problem-solving abilities, effective communication.
• Knowledge of common tools including Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall relationship with assigned PBM clients including ongoing touchbases and contract deliverables.
• Maintain regular contact with clients, representatives, and account team members regarding pharmacy operations.
• Serve as the initial contact for operational inquiries and facilitate client meetings.
• Partner with Implementation team for new client transitions.
• Gather client requirements for the annual open enrollment process.
• Participate in webinars and training and may travel to client sites.
• Identify trends in client issues and work towards preventative measures.
• Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of requirements and deliverables.
• Support standardization efforts across accounts and enhance operations through collaboration.
• Provide ongoing support to Rightway partners addressing a range of inquiries.
