Requirements:

- Consulting background for analyzing complex business challenges.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, focusing on customer and user experience.
- Experience with Hubspot for marketing and Salesforce integration.
- Familiarity with tools such as Zoominfo, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesforce CPQ is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Define and track relevant KPIs and provide strategic data-driven recommendations to management.
- Drive strategic initiatives to enhance KPIs and revenue optimization across multiple Go-to-Market teams.
- Contribute to global GTM strategy by identifying key opportunities and insights.
- Ensure effective collaboration within the Sales Operations team for strategic execution.
- Lead planning and execution of pre/post sales processes aligned with growth plans.
- Engage in high-level discussions to analyze challenges and craft solutions.
- Develop a team structure optimized for performance across various revenue operations.
