Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience with a high-performing team.
• Thorough understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Strong analytical skills to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
• Experience with scaling teams and organizational growth.
• Banking background preferred, such as investment banking or corporate finance advisory.

Responsibilities:

• Lead long-range planning, annual budgeting, and rolling forecasts in collaboration with department heads.
• Monitor key performance indicators and financial metrics to provide insights and identify trends.
• Oversee the preparation and delivery of financial reports to senior leadership and the board.
• Evaluate investment opportunities and manage capital allocation decisions.
• Build and lead a high-performing Corporate Finance team with a culture of collaboration.
• Implement enhancements within FP&A using technology and best practices.
• Provide partnership to People, Legal, Government Affairs, and Finance+Strategy teams.
