Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience in client services and B2B media.
• Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA preferred.
• Experience managing a large client base across multiple industries.
• Expertise in media, custom solutions, live/virtual events, and demand generation services.
• Strategies that enhance client retention and satisfaction.
• Managing a client services organisation for diverse customers from SMBs to multinational corporations.
• Knowledge of B2B media products and services.
• Collaboration across multiple departments and managing senior stakeholders.
• Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, Looker, GAM, Asana, and project management tools.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the global B2B client services department, ensuring outstanding service delivery across product lines.
• Drive strategy for the Client Services department with a focus on key business initiatives.
• Develop and implement a seamless customer journey, including onboarding and engagement.
• Lead cross functional efforts with Sales and Operations to design account-based growth strategies.
• Establish and track metrics for client success while addressing high-risk clients.
• Collaborate with teams for timely and budget-conscious delivery solutions.
• Manage executive-level client relationships and resolve blocking issues.
• Develop best practices for core products and identify new value opportunities.
• Ensure client feedback informs the product roadmap through collaboration with Product and Technology teams.
