  • Proven experience in performance architecture, engineering, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of performance testing tools and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
  • Experience with APIs and performance testing benchmarks.
  • Experience with cloud platforms and microservices architecture is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive performance testing strategies and frameworks that ensure system reliability, scalability, and responsiveness across applications.
  • Analyze system architecture and application designs to identify performance issues and recommend optimizations.
  • Design, develop and debug performance tests.
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to design performance benchmarks, monitoring solutions, and dashboards.
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather performance requirements and align on performance goals.
  • Conduct thorough performance assessments, including load testing, stress testing, and capacity planning.
  • Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex performance-related issues.
