  • Track project performance using tools like Clickup, Asana, or Trello.
  • Communicate changes to relevant stakeholders effectively.
  • Identify mistakes and learn from them.
  • Ensure external clients are highly satisfied with the company's work.
  • Track budgets and expenses.
  • Support the growth and expansion of the Coordinator role.
