Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA strongly preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance.
• At least 3 years in a senior management role.
• Extensive knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.

Responsibilities:

• Personally handle day-to-day accounting tasks including AR/AP processing and journal entries.
• Oversee all accounting functions, including general ledger maintenance.
• Implement GAAP-compliant policies and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Prepare financial reports for leadership, including P&L statements and forecasts.
• Design scalable financial systems and improve process efficiency.
