Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of experience.
  • Four or more years of related work experience.
  • Experience in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with construction processes, project lifecycle, and industry standards.
  • Skills in project scheduling, risk management, and resource allocation.
  • Proficient in construction management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD).
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is a plus.
  • OSHA or other safety training certifications.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Manager of Construction Operations and construction managers to coordinate and oversee all phases of construction projects.
  • Conduct onsite surveys for print submittals, equipment placements, and utility locations.
  • Facilitate communication between DOT, municipalities, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Perform periodic inspections to assess work quality and compliance with DOT requirements.
  • Maintain project schedules and assist in reviewing plans and estimates.
