Requirements:

• A minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in product management, preferably in enterprise B2B or Marketplaces.
• Proven track record in the full product development lifecycle, including product discovery.
• Demonstrated expertise in recommendation systems, personalization algorithms, or similar technologies.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities for collaboration across diverse teams.
• Proven leadership skills to motivate teams and influence stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen for assessing opportunities and developing compelling business cases.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Bonus Points for: Proficiency in machine learning, data analysis, and statistical modeling.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a product team focused on partner fulfillment, improving the onboarding experience for school partners.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize backlogs and ensure alignment with user and business needs.
• Act as product owner, working closely with designers and developers to build and release products using agile methodology.
• Analyze and report on key user and business metrics to inform strategic initiatives.
