• Substantial technical experience from disciplines such as testing, software development, SRE, or operations.
• Effective communicator with patience for interacting with varied experience levels.
• Collaborative mindset thriving in a culture of learning and sharing.
• A background in a technical field such as a BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Technical writing skills demonstrated through past written work.
• Presentation skills reflected in past speaking experience.
• Willingness to travel 30% of the time.

Responsibilities:

• Creating technical content to educate and empower developers and SREs.
• Acting as an ally and colleague of external practitioners who are getting started.
• Building relationships with people across the community to support and inspire.
• Providing feedback on our products to improve the feedback loop between users and Grafana.
