Requirements:
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in an Executive Assistant role.
  • Ability to work independently as well as across various teams.
  • Experience in a rapidly growing company and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of Google Suite, Slack, and Zoom; familiarity with Navan is a plus.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the SVP of Operations by handling all administrative needs and acting as a strategic partner.
  • Manage complex calendar scheduling, including multiple time zones and prioritizing the SVP's calendar.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for domestic and international trips, often with short notice.
  • Prepare for meetings by creating calendar events, drafting agendas, and ensuring pre-meeting materials are ready.
  • Attend meetings to manage notes, action items, and follow-up communications.
  • Plan and execute in-person events and team-building activities.
