• Proficiency in prototyping gameplay mechanics using Unreal Engine Blueprints.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts.
• Experience using JIRA for task management.
• Experience writing and explaining design documentation.
• Proven collaborative skills with other disciplines.

• Taking ownership of player character core mechanics and controls.
• Creating game systems that meet client needs.
• Receiving and digesting high-level feedback.
• Working with production to ensure release-quality outcomes.
• Standardising, documenting, and communicating the design vision.
• Designing features for target players, addressing obstacles.
• Creating comfortable control schemes based on ergonomic principles.
• Defining necessary player information for decision-making.
• Testing new features and providing feedback for improvements.
