Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or related field preferred.
• 8+ years of proven experience as a program or project manager.
• 3+ years of experience in an agile technology environment.
• Familiarity with JIRA/Azure DevOps and experience with Salesforce technology implementations is a plus.
• Knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• PMP certification or similar project management development preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, facilitate, coordinate, and track day-to-day activities for project completion.
• Determine appropriate project deliverables including communication, risk, and implementation plans.
• Prepare project status reports and analyze timelines and trends.
• Remove blockers and find paths forward in challenging situations.
• Establish collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams.
• Proactively identify risks and develop effective action plans.
• Understand Business Architecture and work with IT for new technologies evaluation.
• Support User Acceptance Testing and coordinate remediation efforts.
