Requirements:

• Highly experienced in level design with examples of guiding levels from conception to release.
• Previous experience as a Senior Level Designer with at least one shipped title.
• Strong passion for gaming and familiarity with a broad range of game genres.
• Proficient in prototyping game mechanics using UE Blueprints.
• Experience with scripting or programming languages.
• Good knowledge of level editing tools and scripting languages.
• Ability to work creatively and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent communication skills and experience in producing high-quality level design documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Designing and creating game levels at various stages of development, from concept to soft launch.
• Creating levels that align with the overall game vision, considering narrative, character interactions, and mechanics.
• Developing blockout geometry in Unreal or Unity and iterating based on gameplay feedback.
• Implementing game mechanics, camera work, and encounters in levels.
• Collaborating with production and team members to ensure release-quality standards.
• Generating asset or feature lists to support level implementation and ensuring playable, cohesive designs.
• Communicating insights from playtests to influence design pivots.
• Driving high-quality gameplay and participating in design discussions and reviews.
