Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Organizational Psychology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in employee relations, HR, or labor relations, with experience managing complex issues in a global context.
  • Strong understanding of international labor laws and navigating employee relations complexities in different countries.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement global employee relations frameworks, processes, and best practices.
  • Lead and oversee the management of complex employee relations cases.
  • Collaborate with HR, Legal, and senior leadership to ensure ER policies support organizational needs.
  • Provide guidance on grievances, investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Build relationships with employers of record to ensure compliance with local labor laws.
  • Develop and deliver training programs on employee relations topics.
  • Enhance manager capabilities for effective employee engagement and relations.
  • Maintain systems for tracking ER metrics and provide insights on trends.
