Requirements:
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively in presentations with executive-level customers and direct reports.
  • Background of successfully selling land and expand deals to Strategic Accounts.
  • Ability to teach identifying new opportunities through consultative selling methodologies.
  • History of leading a technical pre-sales team that drives target attainment.
  • Must be able to lead a team and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual quota requirements.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent and 3-5 years of customer-facing experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Solutions Engineering team, reinforcing sales methodology and best practices, ensuring proper use of the CRM system.
  • Provide ongoing mentorship to SEs on technical and non-technical pre-sales techniques for securing and managing clients.
  • Assess and develop the technical capabilities of each team member to ensure they meet required technical knowledge.
  • Conduct performance reviews, address personal issues, and provide development opportunities.
  • Support sales teams with campaigns and customer management to achieve revenue targets.
  • Deliver sales presentations and present technical information about Cribl’s products.
