• Proven experience in creative problem-solving and managing large projects.
• Experience mentoring and managing a team in 2D and 3D design workflows.
• Strong project management skills for handling deadlines and prioritizing tasks.
• In-depth knowledge of creative trends in 3D design and motion graphics.
• Excellent communication skills for aligning creative visions with brand standards.
• Understanding of the iGaming industry, especially in player behavior and design strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Inspire and guide a multidisciplinary team of graphic, motion, and 3D designers.
• Direct the entire design process for significant brand projects ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Collaborate with the motion team to ensure cohesive visual narratives.
• Assist in recruiting and mentoring new talent.
• Optimize design workflows for large-scale projects under tight deadlines.
• Work with cross-functional teams to align design strategies with business objectives.
• Craft innovative solutions for brand challenges while maintaining visual coherence.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging design tools.
• Evaluate visual outputs to ensure high design quality and brand alignment.
