• Flexibility: Willingness to travel and adapt to customer needs.
• Legally authorized: Required to work in Germany.

Responsibilities:

• Customer-specific needs analysis: Determine and analyze the individual requirements of customers.
• Presentation of IT concepts: Prepare and implement presentations and customer appointments.
• Accompanying consulting: Support customers during implementation and provide continuous assistance via Microsoft Teams.
• Customer relationship maintenance: Maintain customer relationships post-project completion.
• Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for project planning and coordination.
• Project coordination: Organize and supervise projects and installations.
• Process Analytics: Perform detailed analysis to optimize business processes.
• IT concepts: Plan, develop, and implement IT concepts.
• Training and workshops: Conduct training and workshops with preparation and follow-up.
• Creation of training materials: Develop and continuously improve training and self-learning materials.
• Sales support: Share relevant customer information to support sales.
