Requirements:
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Minimum of 6 years proven success in Field Sales experience.
  • Preferred experience in medical, surgical, and/or pharmacologic sales to Health Care Practitioners in the Aesthetic Space.
  • Proven track record of sustained high performance and strong aptitude for learning.
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable as the organization grows.
  • Promotes Nutrafol products with passion and urgency.
  • Strong business acumen and market opportunity identification.

Responsibilities:
  • Promote and sell products to all potential prospects within your territory.
  • Professionally implement strategic initiatives and sales activity to increase Nutrafol sales and market share.
  • Drive product promotion through the implementation and delivery of approved marketing items.
  • Provide ‘White Glove’ service and support with a customer-centric approach.
  • Build relationships to drive further commitment and growth through meetings and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate training programs and practice enhancement services.
  • Maintain communications and relationships with leadership and assigned accounts.
  • Participate in company sales meetings and other business meetings.
  • Manage expenses responsibly and demonstrate a clear business reason for all.
  • Enhance sales numbers through up-selling and promoting marketing initiatives.
  • Partner with the Sales Team to maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Attend Trade Shows and represent Nutrafol while promoting sales opportunities.
  • Utilize Salesforce to track and manage leads and sales activity.
