Requirements:
- EMT certifications/licenses preferred.
- Experience working with/in schools preferred.
- Military and/or security experience.
- Strong project management skills with experience in compliance initiatives.
- Experience in developing and delivering training materials.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions.
- Proactive mindset.
- Strong time management skills required.
- Previous payroll, billing, and scheduling experience highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee Security division operations on all client sites.
- Ensure all Client Sites are provided with high quality security services to protect people and property.
- Build, improve and maintain effective relationships with clients, direct reports, and security employees.
- Participate in new business development; prepare staffing projections, and conduct on-site assessments.
- Design management and execution of training exercises and assessments.
- Lead security compliance projects from initiation to completion.
- Assist in the development and revision of security policies and procedures for compliance.
- Stay informed of emerging trends in school security and compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of compliance assessments, training sessions, and project outcomes.
- Prepare reports on compliance status and training effectiveness.
- Manage the day-to-day security operations of an assigned Client Site.
- Supervise a team of Security Professionals, training, coaching, and development.
- Handle escalated security issues or emergency situations.
