Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in SaaS B2B Product Management.
  • Comfortable working with a UX team to create intuitive user experiences.
  • Experience with enterprise customers, navigating complex systems and security standards.
  • Well versed in agile methodologies and experience in an agile environment.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with clear structured thinking.
  • A combination of business acumen and technical aptitude.
  • Knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and SFTP/S3 data transfers; some JavaScript knowledge is a plus.
  • Deep familiarity with the marketing technology landscape.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Help to define our integration strategy and craft your team’s roadmap, focusing on delivering high-value integrations.
  • Become an authority on Invoca integrations and tools, including webhooks, APIs, and data transfers.
  • Enhance Invoca’s integration tools for easy and scalable sharing of call and conversation data.
  • Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and gather feedback.
  • Prioritize stories and features, build consensus, and coordinate product development.
  • Facilitate communication with internal teams throughout the development process.
  • Work with UX Designers, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure products meet customer needs.
  • Manage the relationship with Salesforce developer consultants regarding enhancements.
  • Monitor changes in the privacy landscape and keep the product compliant.
  • Manage beta testing and serve as the primary contact for integration issues.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in integrations.
  • Develop training materials for internal teams on integration best practices.
