Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR Shared Service Centre and German Payroll.
  • Very good knowledge of HR processes and relevant IT systems.
  • Proficiency in SAP.
  • Advanced German and English language skills.
  • Very good understanding of salary administration and German labor law.
  • Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel.
  • Excellent organization, self-reliance, and responsibility.
