Requirements:

• Previous experience in legal billing is mandatory, preferably in the US.
• Degree in Law, Business Administration, or Finance.
• Experience supervising and developing case management staff.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and computer skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Power BI, and Adobe applications.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor a non-performing real estate collateralized commercial loan portfolio, including REO.
• Conduct proactive and effective portfolio management.
• Prepare annual collection budget and oversee collection processes.
• Supervise and develop Asset Resolution/Collections/REO Department staff.
• Review and develop collection strategy recommendations.
• Manage case settlement process and oversee REO portfolio.
