Requirements:

• Previous experience in legal billing is mandatory, preferably in the US.
• Degree in Law, Business Administration, or Finance is required.
• Experience in supervising, developing, and mentoring case management staff.
• Strong analytical skills and an innovative approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, and Adobe applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor a non-performing real estate collateralized commercial loan portfolio, including REO.
• Conduct proactive and effective portfolio management in accordance with established performance standards.
• Prepare annual collection budget and oversee the collection process.
• Hire, train and supervise Asset Resolution/Collections/REO Department staff.
• Review and develop collection strategy recommendations while managing the case settlement process.
• Approve timely payment of REO related expenses and brokerage agreements.
• Perform extensive quarterly reviews of all defaulted assets and conduct advanced statistical analysis of portfolio trends.
