Requirements:

• Previous experience in legal billing is mandatory, preferably in the US.
• Degree in Law, Business Administration, or Finance.
• Experience supervising, developing, and mentoring case management staff.
• Strong analytical skills and innovative problem-solving approach.
• Excellent organizational, communication (written and verbal), and computer skills.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office, Power BI, and Adobe applications.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor a non-performing real estate collateralized commercial loan portfolio, including REO.
• Conduct proactive and effective portfolio management in accordance with established performance standards.
• Prepare annual collection budget and oversee collection processes.
• Supervise, train, and develop Asset Resolution/Collections/REO Department staff.
• Review and develop collection strategy recommendations.
• Manage case settlement processes and oversee REO portfolio management.
• Perform quarterly reviews of defaulted assets and advanced statistical analysis.
