Requirements:

• Previous experience in legal billing is mandatory, preferably in the US.
• Degree in Law, Business Administration, or Finance.
• Experience supervising, developing, and mentoring case management staff.
• Timely management of case loads.
• US Legal and/or Real Estate experience strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and innovative problem-solving ability.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and handle multiple projects.
• Detail-oriented and resourceful with excellent follow-through.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Power BI, and Adobe applications.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor a non-performing real estate collateralized commercial loan portfolio, including REO.
• Conduct proactive portfolio management in accordance with performance standards.
• Prepare annual collection budget and oversee case assignments.
• Develop collection strategies and manage the collection process.
• Review pleadings and manage the case settlement process.
• Oversee management of the REO portfolio and approve related expenses.
• Manage sale processes and conduct extensive quarterly reviews of defaulted assets.
• Perform advanced statistical analysis of portfolio trends.
