Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • 8-10 years of hands-on experience in marketing automation and data analytics or a related operations field, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools.
  • High standards around project management with a track record of using project management software.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Own the marketing operations roadmap ensuring the current tech stack meets the needs of Marketing.
  • Manage day-to-day operations in HubSpot, including database health and workflow automation.
  • Collaborate with Marketing stakeholders on planning and executing key marketing campaigns and ABM initiatives.
  • Align with GTM Operations team on data infrastructure and integration with CRM.
  • Partner with Web Services team to oversee marketing analytics and reporting.
  • Oversee digital ad spend focusing on efficiency and ROI.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for marketing processes.
  • Maintain documentation of core business processes within marketing.
