Requirements:

• 7+ years of hands-on marketing experience, including 3-5 years managing paid digital channels.
• Experience in a SaaS business preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven track record in paid digital and growth marketing.
• Understanding of media measurement methodologies (MTA, MMM, MMT).
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Data-driven analytical mindset with understanding of Marketing KPIs.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, self-starter with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage an annual strategy and execution roadmap for sustained year-over-year growth.
• Optimize and operationalize an audience strategy across paid social, CTV, programmatic, and YouTube, using first-party data.
• Actively manage investment strategy and media plans for cost efficiency and scalability.
• Execute and optimize campaigns in partnership with agency and ad platform partners, using a test-and-learn approach.
• Implement optimization strategies for business performance, utilizing MTA, MMM, and MMT frameworks.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Growth, Product, and Finance teams to inform and implement integrated go-to-market strategies.
