Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with at least 4 years in an IT company, demonstrated through a strong portfolio showcasing design concepts, prototypes, and results.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma (or similar).
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
  • Experience designing responsive interfaces for various devices (web, mobile, tablet) and creating breakpoints for different screen sizes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a creative and strategic mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present and articulate design ideas effectively, defend decisions, and collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and development teams.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, modern UX best practices, and working with design systems and tools like Material UI or similar open-source libraries.
  • Proven experience in competitor and market research to inform design decisions.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Product Owners and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in maintaining and supporting design style guides to ensure consistency across products.
  • Conversational English at a B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level, with direct client communication experience.
  • Strong ability to independently create intuitive, attractive, and innovative design concepts.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends to improve design quality and user experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Get on with the Product Owner on the ideas assessment that could be transformed into the actual implementation and functions extension.
  • Conduct UI/UX research, brainstorm ideas, prototype solutions, and present results to stakeholders.
